We want you to be a satisfied customer and we stand behind the quality of our products. So, if you receive any of our items and are not happy with it for any reason call us immediately.

We will issue you a return code so that the item can be credited. Once you have returned the item(s) in new undamaged and unused condition to us within 30 days of your purchase and we will either issue you store credit twords another item or refund your money.

Please understand we cannot however refund shipping charges. Any items being returned via COD or without the consent of Land of the Amish will be refused. Also any item received in damaged or used condition will not be accepted.

For shipping damage returns please contact us and note with the carrier that the item was damaged upon receipt.

A final Thought...Unlike many so called Amish products our Amish products are NOT machine made on some rural factory line, instead all are exceptionally crafted by hand locally by actual small Amish families in rural western New York state. For many of our products you can actually see the family workshop in which they are created on that particular website page. So you can be assured that the majority of the profits of your purchases are going directly to help some very hard working wonderful families. All of our products are completely green products from the electric free tooling to our responsible wood selection and wood sourcing. It really is impossible to find a more eco friendly truly green produced product than our Amish goods.
